Deposit and Refund Policy for ABZ Capitals and Investments

Introduction: ABZ Capitals and Investments provides its clients with clear and transparent deposit and refund conditions as part of its Execution Policy, subject to periodic review and amendments. Clients are required to carefully read and understand these conditions before proceeding to fund their accounts.

Deposit Procedure:

• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Clients must only use cards or bank accounts registered under the same name as with ABZ Capitals and Investments. Failure to comply may result in frozen or voided payments.
• Deposits to ABZ Capitals and Investments should be made from legitimate sources, such as bank accounts or authorized payment systems. The company’s bank account details are provided for wire transfers.

• New clients or existing clients obtaining new Visa/Mastercard are required to undergo whitelisting by relevant payment service providers (PSPs) for card deposits to be accepted. Document submission, including proof of identity, residence, and trading account statements, may be necessary for whitelisting.
• The company enforces a limit of up to three cards per client. Clients exceeding this limit must contact ABZ Capitals and Investments’ payment team for assistance.

• Prepaid cards or payment methods that do not allow refunds are not accepted.
•  
• The company does not charge transfer fees, but intermediary banks or e-wallets may impose fees beyond ABZ Capitals and Investments’ control.
• Certain fees may be collected on deposit and withdrawal transactions, with deposit fees deducted from the deposited amount.
• Clients may be required to provide screenshots of their currency wallet showing abz transactions for verification purposes.

• Deposited funds will be reflected within 48 hours after verification of the deposit transaction.
• All communication regarding currency wallets and details should be conducted through ABZ Capitals and Investments’ official email address. The company will never request private currency wallet details, and clients should report any suspicious requests.

Refund Conditions:

• ABZ Capitals and Investments offers a 100% refund within one working day of the original service deposit if the client is dissatisfied and has not engaged in trading, investing, or conversion transactions.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within five business days.
• After one day, deposits become non-refundable and are treated as normal withdrawals according to existing terms and conditions.
• Clients agree not to request refunds or chargebacks from their payment method provider while using ABZ Capitals and Investments’ services.
• Profits or losses from trading activities are not subject to refund.
• Refunds are processed only to the payment system or card used for the deposit.
• Clients may be required to provide scanned copies of both sides of the card used for deposit to combat fraud. Failure to provide requested documents may result in a refund net of PSP fees.
• Additional documents may be required to combat terrorist financing, including clearer copies of identification and address proof, as well as confirmation of card ownership.
• Failure to provide requested documents may result in a refund net of PSP fees.
• ABZ Capitals and Investments reserves the right to cancel fund transfers and freeze assets if the origin of funds or client activities contravene the company’s Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML Policy).

Dispute Resolution:

• Disputes related to the deposit and refund policy will be handled in accordance with ABZ Capitals and Investments’ complaint handling policy.
• All complaints must be submitted in writing to the Customer Support team via email at support@fxabz.com.
